This is one of the worst industries for harassment against women and we want to change that, making for a more inclusive and safe industry.
There are a number of ways we’re going to look at helping bring this change which our industry needs, whether that’s through zero tolerance practices, raising awareness, and new policies that ensure equal opportunities to create a more inclusive and respectful industry.
We want to be the voice of the future
We want to stand up for those who have experienced sexual harassment or assault of any degree and do not have access to safe support and reporting of incidents within their workplace.
This is not about targeting and placing blame, but rather a collective effort to establish higher and equal expectations for our industry as a whole.
We want to create a safe space for women, supported by male allies who share our vision for a better industry for all. This is a movement.
